Sitter number {Sitter0|Yourname in menu |F will sit a female avatar on sitter0 use |M for male avatar

TOMENU Yourname = Top level menu for submenu can also have TOMENU in a sub menu

MENU = must match a TOMENU name

|F at the end makes this animation the default when you sit rather than the first pose in the list

To block change your pose names edit the AVpos card and use ctrl+F (find) then 'search' type what you want to replace ie SUGAR in the 'replace' box leave blank to delete or type a replacement name

Be careful the name is not in the animation names, if so, change manually or search and replace each one rather than 'replace all'

|V Tells the script that you have the same animations but with animation name + and animation name - in the contents this then adds a 'slower and faster option on the menu

SEQUENCE name must match the same name in the Sequence Notecard - if you change pose names make sure you change them in this Notecard too

Animation position must match name of your pose or syncs if changed

PROP allows you to rez additional objects but make sure objects have the [AV}object script in them PROP1 / PROP2 / PROP3 allows you to add to avatar as attachments or as huds

CAMERA DEFAULT sets default camera view so youre not looking at the back of your head or the wall behind you

CAMERA Yourname - allows you to change camera per pose or sync name
